TEXTEK 30cm A3 DTF Printer with dual Epson XP600 printheads for garment printing

The A1 DTF printer AGP DTF-T652 Direct to Film is equipped with dual Epson I3200-A1 printhead, a perfect configuration for high volume prodution and lower down innitial investment. With these two cost-effective printheads, this T652 features 2 print modes that set 2 different standards of needs of accuracy. The 6Pass mode has a max output of 7-9㎡/h and an extra 8Pass mode can provide you with more intricate pattern transfers at a max output of 5-6㎡/h.

Compared with the DTG direct-to garment printer, this DTF solution is flexible in positioning due to its printing on PET film first, and then heat press on fabrics, which is suitable for mass production of T-shirt Logo Label printing. This A3 DTF printer with new technology—-no need to make plates, no need for pre-treatment, and can be used for any garment printing.

En nuestra empresa, disponemos de  dos especificaciones más comunes: una con un ancho de 60cm y otra de 30cm, 100 metros por rollo. La calidad del film está garantizada durante 3 años, siempre que se almanece adecuadamente en un ambiente seco y protegido contra la humedad. Después de transferir los patrones, se puede despegar tanto en calor como en frío.

TexTek DTF (Direct Printing Film) printer prints the image directly on a special PET film, then adheres the toner to the image through a powder shaker, and then fixes the toner on the film through heating and drying. Pigment Ink colors are divided into: K,C,M,Y,W five varieties. Applicable to a variety of printer printheads, DTF for EPSON DX5/DX7/5113/4720/XP600/i3200 printheads. Vivid colors, high ink concentration, wash degree up to 4 degrees. DTF white color ink whiteness coverage is good, no head blocking.
