45cm “Golden” Print Width: Balancing Flexibility and Productivity
With an effective print width of 45cm (18 inches), this system is perfectly suited for the layout requirements of standard T-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, and smaller garment pieces. Compared to traditional 30cm machines, it offers a 50% increase in print area, significantly boosting productivity; meanwhile, compared to larger 60cm models, it features a more compact footprint and a lower investment threshold.

The DTF-T45 uses a CMYK+White ink configuration for producing full-color heat transfer graphics on PET film.

CMYK ink creates the colored elements of a design, while white ink supports transfer artwork that requires an opaque white layer. This configuration is particularly valuable for printing designs intended for dark-colored garments, where white ink can help preserve the visibility and appearance of colors after transfer.

The AGP DTF-T45 features two Epson I1600-A1 printheads to support efficient digital printing and detailed image reproduction. This dual-printhead configuration works with CMYK+White ink, enabling the machine to produce colorful graphics with a white ink layer for DTF transfer applications.

The printhead configuration is suitable for producing logos, lettering, promotional graphics, illustrations, and detailed artwork for custom apparel. Combined with compatible RIP software, operators can manage image output and printing settings according to different production requirements.
